Josh Martin

SOF Veteran / Consultant / Active Duty Spouse / Father

Josh Martin is a dynamic leader, seasoned strategist, and veteran with a passion for solving complex problems and building high-performing teams. After graduating from West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering, he commissioned as an Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army. Josh earned his initial rating as a helicopter pilot in the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior and served as a reconnaissance pilot in the 101st Airborne Division. As someone who was always looking for the next challenge, Josh favorably assessed to become a Special Operations Aviation Officer in the elite 160th SOAR while still a lieutenant. Upon completion of Green Platoon and qualification to fly the MH-47G Chinook, he led a wide range of missions around the globe, often in high-risk, complex environments. He continued to progress through the organization, holding multiple leadership positions and earned Air Mission Commander (AMC) and Fully Mission Qualified (FMQ) designations.

He later earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University, where he was recognized for his leadership and service, before joining McKinsey & Company. As a strategy and management consultant, Josh has driven operations transformation efforts and advised clients across a range of other business optimization topics at Fortune 500 clients.
