Founder

After growing up in rural South Carolina I enlisted in the US Navy at 17 as a Gunners Mate. I spent 4 years there figuring out what I really wanted to do and made a transition into the US Army, earning my way into Special Forces. I spent 13 years there as a medic doing multiple combat deployments until I was medically retired in 2020. I taught medics in the culminating trauma phase of the Special Operations Combat Medic course for 3 years before then finding my way into the defense contracting industry. After almost 3 years of seeing behind that curtain I began my own business in occupational health consulting. I take the lessons we learned in the Special Operations community and share them with those in the rest of the world to benefit their mental and physical health as a foundation for their relationships and professional lives.
